Another proposal!

Played a part in another of my gd frens' wedding proposal act.

Here's the rough idea:
- Guy made a video (not certain what the plot is exactly)
- Couple went to ktv
- Guy wanted to play the video in the middle of ktv
- Gal never left the room. So guy sms me to call and distract her out of the room
- I called and started a conversation with some funny questions
- Guy proposed

Sweet eh... Although this whole proposal planning took months to prepare and execute, I guess it's still a nice sweet memory for the both of them..

Seems like my gd friends have been proposed to with sweet romantic ideas... Think it's getting harder and more challenging for guys to propose these days eh.. Gd luck guys!

House cleaning

Chinese New Year is coming in less than a month's time! Have you done your spring cleaning yet??

I just spent 2 whole hours taking out all my clothes that are hanging in my wardrobe, wiped the wardrobe and put back those I want, and fold away those I don't want. TWO WHOLE HOURS!!!

So I finally threw away some clothes and folded some tshirts away to make space in my wardrobe....

Cleared my cupboards and table in Dec. Hope I have nothing much else to do... *cross fingers*

Rain

Nothing much exciting that I feel like updating in my blog. Mainly just work, dance, go out... Ah well, that's life I guess

Been raining on and off these few days. Suddenly it pours and a few mins later it stops. But overall, it's a good weather to sleep. Maybe that's why I have been so tired in office lately. Keep wanting to doze off

It's sunday and monday's coming again... another week!

Bangkok 2

Just some photos..

The first photo shows some wholesale shops at Chinatown. It can be quite disgusting shopping there cause they only sell in packs of 6, i.e. wholesale. 6 of the exact same thing. How to buy 6 same pairs of shoes or 6 bags?!?!?

The 2nd photo is our favourite phad thai stall by the road. It's just outside Asia Hotel. Go try!

Bangkok

Been back from bangkok since sunday night, but I haven't had the chance to blog about it.

Overall: GOOD!!!

Food - I just love thai food. Tom yum soup or their roadside spicy soup, pineapple rice, phad thai, etc etc... Overall, I think roadside food is the nicest! Had very nice cheap phad thai and noodles by the road, but still sitting on proper chairs with table.

Weather - Good good.. Didn't rain like singapore. Sunny everyday and not very hot. Relatively cooling. Just didn't like the air pollution

Massage - Very comfy! Thai massage super shiok!

Shopping - good!!! I haven't collated all my thailand photos from the others, but this roughly explains mainly what I did in the 4 days.. =)

Haven't been blogging for a while... Well so far, it has been pretty good..

Had lunch with yun who came back for holiday. I still have a few years to save for a trip in germany with my free tour guide!!

Had a lovely weekend too.. really lovely... *smile*

Happy new year everyone! Had a good celebration and weekend? I did, at least... Not as what I expected and planned, but luckily it didn't turn out too bad

For people finding new places to eat, I think Tao's restaurant is not bad. Went there for their 6-course lunch. Only the starter is fixed. Everything else, there are a few choices to pick from. Service was very good and friendly. Food was nice too.. Nice place to go, but can't go too often though. Unless they change the menu often. If not, I'll have to always pick the rough same stuff from the menu...
